All our keyboard covers are compatible with a standard U.S. keyboard.

We currently do not offer products for any models not listed above and do not offer customization at this time.


How do I know which size to order?


There are two, super simple ways to identify which MacBook you have and help you select the correct size. 

1. Look on the very bottom of your MacBook and locate the text. Generally on the first line, you will find the word “Model” followed by 5 characters such as “ A1278”. This is your Model number. Refer to our size chart above to help you select the correct model.

2. While on your laptop, click the Apple in the upper left- hand corner of your info bar. > Select “About This Mac” > A pop up window will appear with all the details of your MacBook such as “MacBook Pro (Retina, 13-inch, Early 2015)”. Use this info to select the size you need.

How do I care for my MacBook case?

Simply wipe clean with a damp cloth. We do not recommend using any chemicals on your laptop case


Does the glitter shed?

All our Glitter MacBook Cases are made with a high-quality PU leather material. The glitter is infused into the material making it impossible for the glitter to shed. You will not lose a single speck and the texture is completely smooth.


What is Faux Crocodile?

All our Faux Crocodile Cases are “Cruelty-Free & 100% Vegan”. Cases are made with a man made high-quality PU (poly synthetic) material designed to represent the look and feel of genuine leather but in fact is NOT.


Do the MacBook cases come with a bottom piece?

Yes, all our hard shell, protective, Macbook Cases come with a top and a bottom piece that easily snaps on and off your laptop. Each case comes with a specific bottom piece and cannot be switched or “mix n’ matched”. Please check each product listing separately for their full description.


How long does shipping take? 

All orders ship within 48 hours M-F

U.S. Standard:  Delivery in 3-5 days

Canada Standard:  Delivery in 5-10 days

U.K. Standard: Delivery in 7-14 days

Australia Standard: Delivery in 7-21 Days

Other Countries: Delivery in 7-21 Days

Do you ship internationally? 

Yes! Chic Geeks ships worldwide, excluding Nicaragua, Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Syria and Sudan. If you are located in the United Arab Emirates you must provide your PO Box address when placing your order.

Shipping charges vary by location. Please input your full address during checkout and your shipping charges will be calculated for you.


How do I process a return or exchange?

Complimentary exchanges are granted within 30 days of delivery.

Refunds are issued within 14 days delivery. Store credit is issued within 15-30 days of delivery. 

No returns or exchanges are accepted after 30 days of delivery.

Customers are responsible for return shipping. Chic Geeks does not issue return labels. If you wish to exchange your order, shipping the new case to you will be complimentary. 

Please be sure to ship with a tracking number to confirm delivery. 

If exchanging, please include a note letting us know the new model number you need. Once we receive the old case, your return or exchange will be processed right away.



Discount codes must be applied at time of checkout- You must press "Apply" to see the order total update. We cannot adjust any prices after the order has been submitted. Only one code can be used per purchase. Coupon codes cannot be applied to previous purchases, nor can they be applied after an order has been placed.



All items are priced and charged in US dollars at checkout. The bank that has issued your credit card determines the exact exchange rate that you will be charged, but it should match closely with the current rate. Chic Geeks is not responsible for any price differences determined by your bank.
