SHIPPING DESTINATIONS

Chic Geeks ships worldwide, excluding Nicaragua, Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Syria and Sudan. If you are located in the United Arab Emirates you must provide your PO Box address when placing your order or select DHL Express.

 

PROCESSING TIMES

Please allow 1-2 business days to process your order. If for some reason processing times are longer than usual, we will notify you via email. We ship Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays.

 

DELIVERY TIMES 

United States:

USPS Priority Mail: 1-3 business days

USPS First Class Mail: 3-7 business days

 

Canada:

USPS First Class International: 5-10 business days

DHL Express Shipping: 3-4 business days

 

Other International Destinations:

USPS First Class International: 5-10 business days

DHL Express Shipping: 3-4 business days

 

Delivery time is not guaranteed for USPS Standard Shipping. If there is a deadline you need to meet, please contact us at info@chicgeeks.com.  The above are estimated times required by the postal service and does not include the processing time of the Customs in the destination country. In some cases, the local Customs office of your country may require additional documents and time to have your package cleared, and this may also cause further delay on the delivery

 

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: CUSTOMS, TAXES, DUTIES, & TARIFFS

We are not responsible for customs, taxes, duties and tariffs. Unfortunately, this is something we have no control over. It is all based on the laws, rules, and regulations in your respective country. All taxes and customs fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the cost of the order. Taxes and customs charges differ depending on the country and state of the shipping address.

We suggest contacting your local customs office if you are unsure of the applicable taxes and customs fees that are relevant to you. Chic Geeks is not responsible for any additional taxes and customs charges that are requested upon delivery of your order. Please make yourself aware of your country's customs regulations before placing your order. 

If your order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, please note Chic Geeks will not be held responsible for any additional shipping charges. All shipping charges including returns/ exchanges are at the buyer’s expense unless specified otherwise by support.  

 

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

If you experience any issues while entering your shipping address during checkout or while you are creating an account, please email info@chicgeeks.com. If you notice a discrepancy with your shipping address when you receive your confirmation email, please contact us immediately so we can make the necessary changes before your order is dispatched. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages or packages delayed in transit. If a customer makes an error in entering their shipping address during the checkout process, Chic Geeks reserves the right to charge a re-shipment fee.

 

RETURNS & EXCHANGES 

Complimentary exchanges are granted within 30 days of delivery.

Refunds are issued within 14 days delivery. Store credit is issued within 15-30 days of delivery. 

No returns or exchanges are accepted after 30 days of delivery.

Customers are responsible for return shipping. Chic Geeks does not issue return labels. If you wish to exchange your order, shipping the new case to you will be complimentary. 

Please be sure to ship with a tracking number to confirm delivery. 

If exchanging, please include a note letting us know the new model number you need. Once we receive the old case, your return or exchange will be processed right away.

 

EXCHANGES

All exchanges must be returned within 30 days of original delivery date.

Please include a note in your return package with your order number for our reference. Once it has been received you will receive a store credit for the item(s) you are exchanging. This store credit is available immediately and will never expire. 

All exchange shipping charges are at the buyer’s expense unless specified otherwise by support. All original shipping charges are non-refundable

 

REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)

If you are requesting a refund and you are within the perimeters of our return policy, your refund will be processed within 2-5 days of receipt and approval of returned item.

All returned items must be in perfect condition and in the original packaging. You must include your purchase receipt or proof of purchase to process your return.

All original shipping charges are non-refundable

 

PRE-ORDERS

Pre-orders are items that are not currently in-stock, but that are expected to be available for purchase at a later date. Items marked as PRE-ORDER will ship on their release date, which can be found in the description. If you submit a pre-order, the item will be reserved for you and mailed out as soon as the item is stocked in our warehouse. We will notify you via email at the time of shipment.

 

COUPON CODES

Discount codes must be applied at time of checkout. You must press "Apply" to see the order total update. We cannot adjust any prices after the order has been submitted. Only one code can be used per purchase. Coupon codes cannot be applied to previous purchases, nor can they be applied after an order has been placed.

 

CURRENCY CONVERSIONS

All items are priced and charged in US dollars at checkout. The bank that has issued your credit card determines the exact exchange rate that you will be charged, but it should match closely with the current rate. Chic Geeks is not responsible for any price differences determined by your bank.

 

HOLIDAY SHIPPING

Please allow extra time for your order to be processed during public holidays and busy periods. Customs and Postal Services may also require extra time to work on the processing / delivery during peak seasons. For details on public holidays in the destination country, please refer to the local government website. Please also note that delays may occur as a result of pending payment authorizations.

 

Damaged Items

If you have received an item that is damaged, please contact us immediately at support@chicgeeks.com and we will work with you to guarantee your satisfaction. A clear photo of the damaged item is to be attached to the email.

All damages must be reported within 14 days to be eligible for a refund or exchange.
